Supportive Housing Program

Lakeside House, Inc. has proudly expanded its programming to enhance the transitional nature of the residence and to promote a seamless move from residential independent living for our residents.

The Supportive Housing Program assists residents and outside referrals in finding and maintaining an independent living situation, and allows for follow-up services to those individuals to ensure ongoing success in the community.

All residents are referred to the Supported Housing Program as they prepare for discharge, and are followed indefinitely as they need support.
